When you call
Tell me the year, make and model, what it's doing, and where it is. A lot of the time I can tell you what's wrong right there, and bring the part with me.
If you already know what you need, ask me what it'll cost before I come. I can usually tell you, as long as the diagnosis is right.

I'm usually booked
Myrtle Beach keeps me busy. A morning call rarely gets same-day service, but an afternoon call sometimes does after I finish the job I'm on.

Rain is my only enemy
Some jobs I can do in the rain. If it's pouring, I'll come when it lets up, often later the same day.
Sundays and after 6 PM
For breakdowns, like a starter, alternator or cooling problem, I'll often come out. It costs more, and it's not the time to shop for the lowest price.
Not the cheapest call
If the decision comes down to the lowest bid on a $100 brake job, I'm not your guy. If you want it right the first time, I am.
